RESTAURANTS: Pre:post out, Susie Wong in
The space that was once Pre:Post (and Ruby Falls before that) is taking a trip to the far east. It will become Susie Wong by New Year's Eve, at which time the space will host a blow out party.Designed by Stephane Dupoux, and still owned by Pre:Post's John "JE" Englebert (Myst), Susie Wong will be , yes, Asian themed and feature waitresses dressed as Geishas who will serve patrons Asian appetizers (think spring rolls and dumplings) and complementary bottles of sake with table reservations.
